Welcome to Hassayampa - Capital Canyon Club

History

Hassayampa Village Community, tucked into the pine forests of Prescott, was developed in the late 1990s and early 2000s as a master-planned community blending luxury living with natural surroundings. Its centerpiece, the golf course originally designed by Tom Weiskopf, opened in 1998 as Hassayampa Golf Club. The course was later reimagined and reopened as Capital Canyon Club in 2015, restoring its place as one of northern Arizona’s premier private golf experiences. The community name comes from the nearby Hassayampa River, long tied to Native American legends and early pioneer settlements in the Prescott area.
