Welcome to Prescott Lakes

History

Prescott Lakes is a master-planned community developed in the early 2000s, designed to blend golf, luxury living, and natural beauty. Built around the Hale Irwin–designed Prescott Lakes Golf Course, the community quickly became one of Prescott’s most desirable residential areas. The land was once open ranch property before being transformed into a series of gated neighborhoods, each with its own character and style. Over time, Prescott Lakes has grown into a hub for upscale yet family-friendly living, with amenities and a clubhouse serving as the center of social life.

Things to Do

  • Golf: The 18-hole championship course designed by Hale Irwin is a major draw, with scenic fairways and views of Granite Mountain and Watson Lake.
  • Athletic Club: The Prescott Lakes Athletic Club features tennis courts, pickleball, indoor and outdoor pools, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
  • Trails & Lakes: Just outside the community, residents enjoy kayaking and hiking around Watson Lake and Willow Lake, along with miles of trails in the Granite Dells.
  • Community events: Social clubs, fitness classes, and seasonal gatherings at the clubhouse bring neighbors together year-round.
  • Nearby attractions: Downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row are only a short drive away, offering history, nightlife, and cultural events.

Local Restaurants

Prescott Lakes’ clubhouse restaurant serves residents with fine and casual dining, often accompanied by golf course and mountain views. Just minutes away, Prescott offers an eclectic mix of eateries: upscale spots like Farm Provisions, casual favorites such as The Raven Café or Bill’s Grill, and family-owned Mexican, Italian, and American diners.
